There was a 10th Anniversary (10 year memorial) service held
for Columbine on the evening of Monday April 20th 2009
(beginning at 5:00pm) at the Amphitheater in Clement Park.
The service included a speech by current student body president
Beau L. (who was in 2nd grade when the shooting happened)
Music from the Columbine Choir & from the Columbine band.
A video message from former US President Bill Clinton (who has
long supported the Columbine community)
Stephen Cohen sang "Ten" - a song he wrote for the 10 year
anniversary (You may remember "Friend Of Mine" done by him &
his brother shortly after the April 20, 1999 tragedy)
As well as speeches by:
Ruth F. (community representative)
Val S. (injured representative)
Dawn A. (family representative)
Frank D. (Columbine's Principal)
