As part of the 10th Anniversary (10 year memorial) service, a Candlelight
Vigil was held on the evening of Sunday April 19th 2009 starting at
7:30pm (just before sunset) & lasting til after it was fully dark. This
was held at the permanent memorial located in Clement Park. There were
no speeches or anything...it was meant as a quiet time of rememberance.
